YC #4

For this last assignment, it was kind of all over the place. I used window light to make tangerines look delicious, attempting to place them in different angles. Originally I was going to try and create a portable box studio, but I got too busy for that and did not have the supplies at hand. Secondly, I took my camera to work with me one morning and took photos of the espresso machine and other coffee supplies we go through on a regular basis. Plus, who doesn’t love the aesthetics of espresso being pulled and steam from the wand blowing in the background? I also took a couple more photos of animals outside since it challenges me to improve on nature photography. My favorite thus far for this assignment is photos I took at a giant junkyard near my house.

Just your typical 27 year old from Traverse City, Mi. I have my associates in Liberal Arts and Science from Northwestern Michigan College and received my bachelors in Photojournalism at Central Michigan College. As you may tell, photography is my lifelong passion. Ever since I was a child, there was a camera in my hand. My favorite moments to capture are lives breath taking moments from environmental shots to senior photos.
