For your choice assignment #2, I chose to focus on travel photography within the area of Michigan, including places like Mount Pleasant, Midland and Traverse City. Being about to take different landscape photo’s from around the area has so far been my favorite opportunity thus far. My niche when it comes to photography is going outdoors and exploring the many different views nature has to offer. For the last half of the assignment I took a couple photo’s of birds and random animals that appeared at my house bird feeder. Just like humans, each bird contains their own personality. Although, it was challenging at times to stand or sit still enough before they flew away.

Just your typical 27 year old from Traverse City, Mi. I have my associates in Liberal Arts and Science from Northwestern Michigan College and received my bachelors in Photojournalism at Central Michigan College. As you may tell, photography is my lifelong passion. Ever since I was a child, there was a camera in my hand. My favorite moments to capture are lives breath taking moments from environmental shots to senior photos.
